In our windy region wine growers need to attach the new fragile ends of the vines to protect them using fabric cord. The plant thus resists the onslaught of storms without breaking. This fabric cord is called "trapillo" and it is actually made from recycled Jersey. After experimenting with various materials, Noëlle returned to her earliest memories in the mother’s sewing studio.
